Accidents happen. If major staining, tears or other damage is caused to a garment by you, you may be liable for repair or replacement fees up to a maximum of 100% of the RRP of the item.

Minor issues are usually overlooked, but occasionally the damage caused by a customer can't be restored to a level that it could ever be rented out again.

This protection covers you for up to a maximum of $500 per order.
